The Yankees need to make some big changes to the coaching staff, front office, and roster this offseason, because this team just isn’t cutting it. This team is loaded with talent, but that hasn’t resulted in wins. Heading into Friday night’s Game the Yankees had lost five Games in a row. In the last series against the Atlanta Braves the Yankees offense only managed three runs total. The Yankees are averaging 4.25 runs while their pitching is giving up 4.35 runs per Game. The offense is ranked 22nd in baseball. On the mound for the Yankees will be Gerrit Cole who sits with a 10-3 record and an ERA of 2.76. The Red Sox need to have some good pitching here after it struggled against the Washington Nationals. On Thursday the Red Sox gave up 10 runs and that led to the three run defeat. Even with Cole on the mound, I just can’t trust this Yankees offense. They really struggled in the last series against the Braves, and they are going to really have issues getting the offense going against Crawford. It might not be the prettiest game, but the Red Sox are going to find a way to get the job done. Back the Red Sox on the money line.
